For a long time, our entryway was very inefficient and, for the most part, only served as a dumping ground for shoes, jackets, and shopping bags. Earlier this year I made it my goal to get it organized and make it more efficient.
I decided on a bench so that we would have a place to sit down and put on our shoes as well as a place to set bags. I added the hooks to hold my purse, the dog leash, and our reusable shopping bags.
Now, some people may judge me for the pillows on the bench, but I have to say that they have proven to be much more functional than I thought they would be haha. Are they necessary? Probably not. However, they do make for good back support and look pretty cute.
