My Fall Table Top Decor

I know this may seem a bit extra to some people but I have found that creating interesting and aesthetically pleasing tablescapes is something that I really like to do. It allows me to use a certain kind of creativity that is so satisfying. So, if any of you are like me in this way, then maybe this will inspire you.

We have some family coming into town for Thanksgiving this year and that gave me an excuse to go crazy haha. I tried to do everything on a tighter budget but still have everything turn out cute. My dream of working for Pottery Barn has been slightly fulfilled with this table and how it turned out.

The Centerpiece

I actually made this myself. It is a compilation of things from Michaels, Jo Ann, and the At Home store. I laid two stems of greenery going opposite directions and placed a lantern in the center. Then, I went back and added a few leaves and flowers that I pulled off of a bigger wreath from the sale section of Michaels. The two candle holders on either side really tied together the black lantern and the black napkins. I was really pleased with the final product.

The Place Settings

I used the same charger plates that I have on the table year round to save some money. I got them from Pottery Barn back when they had a huge sale earlier this year. The napkins weren’t explicitly fall-esque but I think they add a subtle rustic element to the whole thing. The small appetizer plates are the only dishes that I purchased specifically for this setup. They are too cute!

Final Thoughts . . .

That pretty much sums up the process and all of the materials. I had a blast putting it together and my cat had a blast pushing things askew in between photos. I am constantly on Pinterest looking at things like this, so if you did your table up for the holidays, I would love to see it!

Everything is linked below so you can find it all super easily. I hope that you have been inspired by my work and I hope you have a great Thanksgiving.
